“I don’t have faith the size of a mustard seed, but I think I have faith the size of a poppy seed. That’s all the faith I have. God, will that work? Is it enough?”

Lara, praying for your “dot” of faith in our big God to grow! I love how God does the work and moves mountains as we give all to Him.
I remember playing the song, “Faithful” over and over and over in the days of poppy seed faith. I would sing the words until I could begin to believe them.
Tonight, I pray for belief to become bigger than the mountain. ((hugs))
I am walking in a similar situation with faith. I believe that God is real and he moves mountains, but will he move them for me and our family? Today I am giving him a “poppy seed of faith”. I said to him earlier, Jesus, I'm tired. I want to give up. And today I saw this testimony.
Jesus, I know you see me, my family, our situation. I believe Lord, help me with my unbelief.
What a powerful story, Michelle. And a beautiful reminder that God can work with whatever we have, big or small. Honesty before God is a powerful thing. It's ok for us to be broken and seemingly faithless before Him because He can take our vulnerability and turn it into victory when surrendered to Him! Praise God!
Just knowing that God accepts my shattered faith and carefully rebuilds it is incredibly freeing. Thank you, Lord, for cherishing the little that I have.
